Athhlo may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Athhlo after updates means you accept the updated terms.

Athhlo helps users discover sports venues, view turf information, check availability, create bookings, make payments, and manage booking activity.

Athhlo also provides tools for approved venue owners to manage venues, turfs, pricing, availability, bookings, cancellations, balances, and payout details.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Athhlo may suspend or restrict accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, inaccurate, unsafe, or in violation of these terms.

Users are responsible for reviewing the venue, location, date, time, sport, pricing, and cancellation policy before confirming a booking.

A booking is subject to availability, successful confirmation, applicable venue rules, and payment requirements shown in the app.

Venue owners are responsible for honoring confirmed bookings, keeping availability accurate, maintaining venue information, and communicating operational issues promptly.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay and related payment partners. Athhlo may record payment references and payment status to support booking confirmation, refunds, and reconciliation.

Some bookings may require full payment, partial advance payment, or venue-side balance collection depending on the venue configuration.

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy shown for the booking, the booking status, venue rules, payment provider timelines, and applicable law.

Venue owners must provide accurate venue information, pricing, amenities, sports, images, address details, slot availability, cancellation policies, and settlement information.

Owners must not list venues or accept bookings unless they are authorized to manage the venue. Athhlo may request verification information and may remove listings that cannot be verified.

Owners are responsible for managing on-ground venue operations, customer entry, slot readiness, facility safety, and any venue-specific rules.

You may not misuse Athhlo, create fake bookings, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, scrape data, abuse payment or refund flows, impersonate others, or submit false venue information.

You may not use Athhlo for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Athhlo may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Venue availability, prices, policies, and details may change. We aim to display current information, but users should review booking details before confirming.

Athhlo provides a technology platform for sports venue discovery and booking. Venue owners remain responsible for the facilities, on-ground service, and venue operations they provide.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athhlo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
